Follow the natural reading flow: search left to right, top to bottom and—at higher levels—diagonally down-right. Start before the first move; the timer stops on the seventh correct selection.

What does this exercise not guarantee?
One round cannot guarantee a lasting increase in reading speed, a wider anatomical field of view or the same result for every text. Compare it with comprehension measured in real passages.
